Denver Broncos coach Josh mcdaniels progress.?

He did a good job for the first six games. He also did great the last three games. They destroyed the Chiefs and lost close ones against the Raiders and the Eagles. I think he is fine. At least for now he is. I'm more interested in how this team will perform next year. If they don't start off strong next year, then he is done and they will find another coach.
