Father is very abbusive and acts violent he has a mental health problem what can i do ?

My father has a mental health problem - clinical depression and panic attacks and takes medication for it (isocarboxazid ) he is 54 years old and been on the meds for 20 years and can't work, He swears and is very abusive and shouts at people in the street and threatens people from his car window He gets angry and looses his temper very easily and can't cope with everyday problems and very small situations like e.g somebody Driving slightly slow or not being able to get a parking place waiting in ques for at shopping centres and sometimes just randomly shouting at people for no reason and he calls everybody else mad and that his the only normal one ,im not sure what to do with him im 19 and live with him and my mother and he needs help but refuse's to go see somebody as he does not think he has a problem His tempers and moods an personalty is nothing like i have seen before he is truly like a monster or the devil and rarely acts normal nowadays,what can i do to get him to see somebody or who can i speak to get help ?????? btw i am in the U.K
