Healthy Eating and good eating habits?

Oh my, I didn't realize so many people would just suggest taking drugs! that's awful. Diet drugs can really mess up your system, please try a healthier natural way to weight loss before you jump into buying drugs. Getting yourself accustom to new foods can be difficult. Certain veggies are more liked than others, you just have to be willing to experiment for what works for you, and give it time, once your body has cleansed the junk it's used to, you will be amazed how great veggies really taste. Snap peas, baby carrots, peppers, are all great. I love books by Gillian McKeith, she's all about being super healthy, and weight loss ends up being a part of that. Also, oddly enough I like looking for kid-oriented cookbooks. They always have suggestions for easy, fast, healthy snacks, that are tasty enough that a picky toddler would eat them. So long as you keep a simple diet that is well balanced, you will be fine to not have veggies all the time. Just make sure you're getting enough fruit and grains. Another great diet/health site is sparkpeople.com, they will put together customized eating plans, excercise plans, and have lots of alternates if you don't like what they suggest as a menu plan, plus it gives you all the nutritional info and support, plus it's a free site!
