Husband express femine side to him?

Is it pretty normal for a man to express that he feels he has a feminie side and to try on your panties? He has expressed that he feels he has this femine side, that he knows he isnt gay, but that there is a piece inside of him that feels femine. A few weeks ago he put on my panties and was open about it. Is there a curiousity in men to do this, is he touching on his femine side and I should not think anything about it, am I missing something?
