I am looking for information on a dog breeder in Ohio.?

The name is Harvey Burkholder in Shiloh, Ohio. My husband purchased a cavalier king charles from a pet store. The owner promised he uses a reptuable breeder and not involved in puppy mills. I received my aca papers and have the breeders name. After some research he seems to have a puppy mill. I am very angry and just looking for info about any other owners of dogs by this breeder. I am against pet stores and would have rescued a dog but my husband surprised me for v-day after falling in love with the puppy. Any info is appreciated.
