Is "Oh loving hate" in Romeo and Juliet an oxymoron or paradox?

My teacher said in cl "Oh loving hate" is was a paradox and on the summary sheet later said it was an oxymoron. And now on the mid-exam he asked this question and i wrote it was a paradox. Is my answer wrong or right?
