Was this considered ual ualt?If so what should I do about it?

K so I am 16 and this last week I went on a FFA trip. There was this one guy who also went and he was 18 and I have met him once before and said hi like twice. So the first night of our trip we stayed at these cabins and I was helping my cousin out with some of her boy problems and when I got back there was only like there was only like two kids in the lodge so I stayed for a few minutes and talked to them and one of the freshman in my chapter came and told me they were going to start a movie in one of the cabins so I went. When I got there the two couches were both completely full and there were two beds. On one of the beds was the 18 year old guy I mentioned before and one the other there was another guy so at first I was just standing behind the couch and then the one guy grabbed me by my waist and told me to sit down. So I sat down and like ten minutes into the movie he started to mage my back and I thought it was a little weird but he stopped after a little bit and then like five minutes later he suddenly grabbed me and pulled me onto the bed and he snuggled up to me. There were like 13 other kids in the room and I didn't want to make a scene so I just tried to get farther away but every time I moved he would just pull me tighter and closer so I couldn't move. He started to put one of his hands on my thigh and he rubbed my thigh he stopped rubbibg my thigh and than started rubbibg my arm. He walked me back to my cabin when I decided to leave and I said good night and practically ran to my door cause I thought he was going to try to kiss me. The next day I went to breakfast and he wistled at me when I walked in. I ate my breakfast and than went to go play card games with every one. While I was playing he came up behind me and started maging my back and he leaned up against me and he got a *b@ner Later we were on the bus and one of the girls came up to me and asked if me and that guy were dating. I told her no and then she told me how he had attemped to three different girls before. After I had told her we weren't dating the rest of the trip if he touched me someone would say something to him or push or hit him but he still wouldn't stop touching me. We were in the pool another time and he wanted me to come play chicken with them I said no three times but he grabbed my arm and pulled me over any ways. The entire week he wouldn't stop touching me. And I don't know how he got it but he got my number. was all of this ual ualt? What should I do? I have an extremly hard time being mean to anyone and I am really shy and quit. Is there anything I can do about this legally? I'm out of school for the summer so I can't talk to like school conselors or anyone like that I really don't know what to do. please help
