Have you heard of this kind of rash?

I think it is . My younger cousin has it. I don't because I stay away from his spit. If you share spit from somebody who has it you can catch it. It is usually around and on the inside of the mouth sometimes on the outside all over the skin. It can't be treated. But there are times when it goes away. Again I do NOT have it as I am never usually around him.
