What is (are) your favorite type(s) of ethnic food(s)?

Just out of cuirosity - which types do you like best (or do you not like any of it)? Me - I am addicted to Indian and Thai food. I love "mexican" food, but after a trip to Mexico, I realize that the "mexican" food I like is more like Tex-Mex... not close to the real deal. Anyway - just wondering! :-)
